Firm Tofu

This tofu is pretty standard, but it’s a great price for the stores I have close to me. It always tastes the same and lasts well in the fridge. Here it is baked, 375°F for 25 mins, coated in a miso yuzu sauce, also from Whole Foods.

Healthy, cheap, and versatile. Great for making tofu scramble!
