Vegan #mockmeat chunks, based on #soy. They also contain #rapeseed oil, vinegar, yeast extract, salt and flavourings. It is a simple product without any herbs or spices added, it’s easy to season as you wish which makes it very versatile. By itself it has a mild savoury taste, similar to the filets inside their nuggets and schnitzels. It’s a pleasant base note and I do not notice any strong soy aftertaste. Texture is perfect. I find it very realistic but perhaps not nearly as stringly as real #chicken. It has some bite to it, a little chewiness but none of that gross gummy texture at all. If you’re the type of person that preferred very juicy chicken these might disappoint you a little. They’re more on the dense and slightly dry side but I personally prefer that, they still feel tender and pleasant. They brown nicely in a pan and you’re able to get the outside lightly crisp! It is #palmoilfree and #nutfree. It has a lot of ingredients listed under ‘may contain’ so it might not be the most suitable for those with allergies. I think I bought this at Rema1000, but I don't 100% remember. It was either Rema or meny. They tasted good. The price is a bit stiff tho with it being 60nok~ at meny. I could definitely imagine this being good in a salad

This meat substitute is fantastic. It's resemblance to chicken is on point and it works great marinated, fried and in stews.
Mio fratello onnivoro ha detto che sapevano di pollo, li ha adorati(lui è onnivoro). A me sembravano un pochino asciutti.
