This definitely helped me A LOT with my gut health. I suffered from bloating, indigestion and sometimes nausea after eating and its has improved significantly after just a month and a half. I also love that it's a two month supply.

Very affordable and I personally love that the packaging is completely plastic free. Only fault I think is that is says chewable on the front, however it is definitely in a capsule form which doesn't look chewable and I'm definitely not going to attempt😅. It doesn't bother me, but may be misleading for someone that specifically wants a chewable tablet. Decided to try this probiotic because of the added Cranberry extract. (Nutrients in cranberries aid in a lower risk of urinary tract infection (UTI), the prevention of certain types of cancer, improved immune function, and decreased blood pressure.)
