I like this brand. The chocolate tastes high quality and I feel that the cacao is genuinely ethical. This particularly percentage is a bit crumbly (rather than creamy) but the flavour is great. #chocolate #teamdarkchocolate #chocoholic

Yum! This chocolate really is rich. I love that it’s both not bitter and not very sweet — the aroma and luscious texture of the cocoa truly shine. This bar has a softer consistency that I’d describe as almost buttery. It’s definitely one of my favorites out of the many dark chocolates I’ve tried recently, plus, according to the packaging, the company is farmer-owned and the cocoa, vanilla, and sugar are all Fairtrade sourced.
