English Muffins

As stated in one of my earlier post, but I went to Mega Don Quijote store. And I was surprised by all the vegan goodies at such a discounted price. And here is another one. I freaking love English Muffins. And these are also good. Not the best I have, but still pretty good. They are very chewy and have a good texture. Not much to say besides that. Just nice. And this is what I love to make my tomatoes sandwiches on. Mmmmm yummy. Would recommend picking up if you see, but not something to go out of your way to buy unless you are like me. Which is not commonly seen in my grocery stores and you love them!! #veganisnotscary
