Love the taste of this! Before I chose to go vegan, I never liked ground
meat, but this is so tasty (at least, if you're into pea protein!).

Pro: made out of peas, healthy, part of the packaging is recyclable and the plastic
is reduced at least according to endori (very thin material so probably true)
Con: it’s a little bit dry and hard (but I still like it and will buy it again).

The vegan mince smelled like bread before frying (side base) and tastes rather dry and
firm. It was nice and crispy when fried in the pan and tasted extremely good as a bolognese. Highly recommended.

Most diverse uses, for example in a vegan chilli-con-carne, vegan bolognese or one
of our favorites, pumpkin filled with veggie Mince and vegan cheese. Thank me later. 😃
