I enjoy these Vegan Cheddar Squares by Earth Balance, but I can see why some

folks might think they could be more flavorful or salty. I am salt-sensitive so they are just fine for me. As a child I loved Cheese-It crackers and Goldfish crackers, so these are a nice cheesy vegan snack for me. I recommend trying if you haven’t already.

First things first, these do not taste exactly like Cheez-its. They're slightly less salty and

have a milder cheddar flavor. That aside, these are great! I loved Cheez-its as a kid, and although I had to warm up to these, I really enjoy them. I would love to see white cheddar squares next!
