Mint Thins

These are one of my favourite chocolates. There is just enough mint inside and I

enjoy eating them when they have been in the fridge for a while.

Thin dark chocolate filled with a smooth mint cream.

Not bad! Lovely mint flavour that comes through. The centre is a bit too gooey,

reminds me of runny homemade vanilla icing #chocoholic
