Got this frozen jackfruit from the Fresh Earth food store in Blairgowrie. Have to
defrost first. Then fried it up with mushroom and Harissa spice and some bbq sauce. Had mine on lettuce leaves

I won a hamper of Dear Vegan products and this was in it. This was
so delish even my non-vegan friends approve. Threw this on a roll with some extras and it made the perfect snack! I will definitely buy this again.

I great freezer item. I used it to make tacos and literally defrosted it, warmed
it in a pan and voila! It’s already marinated in a BBQ sauce so didn’t have to add anything. More expensive than buying a tin of jackfruit and preparing it but I guess you’re also paying for the convenience.
