I got this as a substitute for Cathedral City in my grocery delivery. It was ok, comparable to other supermarket cheeses. It was quite creamy but it is very white.

Nice cheese, better than I expected. It tastes good and melts well.
Very tasty, like sweet creamy cheese, good eaten by itself or in dishes like pasta or rice or with vegetables.

Decent vegan cheeze - melts okay - doesn't taste bad. I still prefer Applewood Smoked, but this is an okay alternative.
