Cream of Mushroom Soup

Anyone miss a mushroom sauce with their schnitzel? So happy to have found a vegan friendly cream of mushroom soup to make my mushroom sauce again.

Not bad for a quick easy meal. I quickly chopped and added more mushrooms to bulk it up.

It sounds disgusting before I even eat it, after opening the container, it hasn't failed my expectation. Apparently, it exceed my expetation, it is worse than it sounds.

Was happy to find out this one does not have milk in it! I like to use this to thicken up my sauces and stews.
