Although it doesn’t stretch much it melts beautifully and tastes delicious! I love putting it on toast, pizza, lasagna, cheese sticks, etc. Pretty good alternative considering that vegan cheese is not widely available in Japan.

Top value shred made from soy milk and coconut oil.
