Tasty 85% chocolate that was not too bitter. Organic, fair trade certified, but not marked as vegan. Made in Switzerland.
Bought at City Market on Commercial Drive in Vancouver. Good taste, good value. Lots of iron.

A brand with a purpose and a mission. Eating #chocolate should not come at the expense of biodiversity and sustainable land use, it's hard to disagree 🙂 Appreciated the paper-based packaging, and that they used the inside panel to provide a beautiful illustration of what they stand for + how they put their values into practice 👍👏🙌 Aside from that, the 85% was probably a touch too intense and dark for me, I used to like the higher percentage, but these days I tend to get my #darkchocolate in the region of 75% 😬🤫 The ridges were not deep enough, so I couldn't break the bar down tidily into pieces 😔 I was also amused that Malaysian customs thought the nutritional values table was a good place on top of which to stick their stupid import label 😒
