This Vegan Mayo is very tasty! It consists of avocado oil, aquafaba from garbanzo beans,
fava bean protein, organic vinegar, organic sugar, and organic mustard. It has a tangy flavor if you taste it straight out of the jar. I tried it on my cheezeburger and it had a nice mellow flavor. 🌱

This was the first vegan mayo I ever purchased and I still love it. It's
closer to a miracle whip than mayo. It is a little bit thinner than traditional non vegan mayo. I prefer this and it suits my purposes perfectly. I use it to make a smashed chickpea salad sandwich. Excellent.

This tastes ok on a sandwich but I don’t love it and didn’t enjoy ranch
or other dips I tried making with it like I usually do with vegan mayo. I got it because I wanted a quick option that was palm oil free for when I didn’t feel like making cashew mayo but I wouldn’t buy it again.
