I’ve never had a #cashewbutter before, so I was excited to see a #yellowsticker one to try for a reduced cost. I was really impressed by this and it’s so lovely on toast or swirled into porridge!

Another useful staple item for the kitchen cupboard. If you want a change from peanut butter on toast at breakfast, it’s a nutritious alternative. I used it in an asparagus tart recipe I posted to make the sauce. It’s very thick and can take the addition of liquids like Tamari and lemon juice really well. Meridian don’t use palm oil and are committed to reducing their carbon footprint. For instance they don’t fly this product and it comes in a glass jar which is widely recyclable.
