In between meetings with no time for lunch protein bar to the rescue! 15g protein, 217 kcal and 11g fibre per bar! That's twice the amount of fibre than other protein bars I've tried. 👀 Impressive protein content but that palm oil...😑

The best flavour of these bars but still so damn bland, no saltiness at all and the texture is also dry and powdery. The cronchy bits helps a bit but yeah not worth buying.

I liked it a lot! It makes you feel full and it's a good option after gym!

This is a pretty chalky protein bar and the macros could be better considering what else is on the market but it’s still pretty delicious for a protein bar and has crunchy nut pieces which is a good textural addition.

15g protein for 217kcal overall; calories could be lower but delicious snack! Got this at a PureGym when I was feeling unexpectedly snackish in the middle of a workout!
