Brightening Dark Circle Eye Cream

This is a newer product for REN and I jumped on it. Dark circle cure? Yes, please! But after a solid month of twice a day use, no difference in the darkness at all. It’s thick and moisturizing, but doesn’t touch the dark circles like it’s name states.
