Brie

Wow... I never thought I would eat my favorite cheese again, but here we are! It's so close to what I remember.

It’s hard for me to not eat the whole wheel in one serving! This is the first vegan cheese I’ve purchased with a firm, delicious rind. The flavor is pretty mild but satisfying, and it’s great on crackers. I can’t wait to try the other variations, especially the truffle Brie!

Okay, so I haven't had traditional brie in years but this is definitely one of the food items I missed when going vegan. When I found this earlier this year I was so excited! I'm not sure how it compares to traditional brie but it has all the right textures and flavors from what I remember! Be careful: you could end up eating the whole wheel in one go!

This is some great smelly vegan cheese. It has that moldy/truffle taste that I've rarely found in other artisan vegan cheeses. At first it's kind of off-putting since I haven't had dairy in a while, but it'd be amazing on a cheeze board!
