We use this product in so many things but my top couple of uses are
chickpea flour omelets, deviled chickpeas, and soups. I highly recommend having this on hands for vegan cooking and B12 needs! #veganisnotscary

I use it in Mac and cheese, in casserole, on pasta... basically on everything. #riley
help meet nutritional needs such as Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folic Acid, B6 and B12.
It’s not bad, and the jar definitely will last for a long time, however the flavour is quite mild - very far from the umami of a parmesan - and I don’t really think it could replace grated cheese in most recipes where it’s really used as a binder more than for saltiness
