I just wanted to share how you can make this mix vegan! In place of the egg I used egg replacer. In place of the butter I used plant based butter. In place of the milk I used cashew milk. And when I say cashew milk I mean HOMEMADE cashew milk. When you don't have any on hand toss a handful/quarter cup of cashews in the trusty vitamix with a cup of water! Viola! And because I live in NYS where maple syrup is a specialty I mixed some in with sliced strawberries for the topping! Delicious and filling after a long run! 👍👍
