Bluebert

Cashew based cheese alternative. Absolutely incredible. I’m not a big fan of cheeses with mold, but this one is incredible.

I was surprised to find a blue camembert (not to be confused with a gorgonzola or similar blue cheese) at the local supermarket and I am quite impressed with the effort. Good, strong taste, nice texture, good price - I will buy it again.
