OK but why do these ACTUALLY taste like a elote preparado?!
Its been a long
time since I had a nonvegan traditional mexican prepared elote with all the fixings. It was a mexican cream, crumbly cheese, chili, etc.
I was not expecting these to taste so similar! It has all the dairy flavors especially, without the dairy. If you like elote they are great but seem to be a very niche product in my opinion.

Delicious! They absolutely nailed it with the street corn flavor on these! I love almonds
and I always love trying all the new interesting flavors that Blue Diamond comes up with. I have to say this is definitely one of my favorites. If you’re an almond lover who fancies corn on the cob / street corn, do not miss this one! A perfect snack that packs healthy fats and is tasty enough to be a house staple.
