Been having questionable hair loss since forever so I decided to try this Biotin Plus vegetarian supplement by Green Life and safe to say it really helped! I’ve been taking it for about half a year and not only do I see improvement in my hair but my complexion as well. This supplement also contains zinc which is an added bonus because as a vegetarian, it can be tough to meet certain nutritional requirements, zinc definitely being the top personally for me. Overall, Green Life really did it for me with this supplement <33

Before I start a review, would love if my fellow vegan/vegetarian/plant based community could suggest a remedy for hair fall. This girl is going bald (due to some mistake in her diet) and any help would be useful Now back to the review, I’ve been trying this vegan supplement for B12 and other vitamins. I like it, and It also helps my mom in maintaining her energy levels so I’ll give this a plus.
