The #beyondmeat #patties are still quite up there when it comes to #meatalternatives. Still one of the best in my opinion, as the texture is just amazing and the flavour just hits the nail. These are my go-to burgers, even though it seems that the vegan meat wars kind of being won by impossible. I still prefer the taste of beyond or field roast, but the beyond backyard burgers are the ones I normally gravitate towards doctor it up with a nice vegan bun. Some steak fries, lettuce, tomato, pickles and some via life cheese. You got yourself an all American burger with zero ethical cost points. You know not having to stab an animal and the neck.
La hamburguesa más sabrosa y jugosa, por eso la beyond burger es la que ponen mayoritariamente en los restaurantes. Está muy lograda de aspecto, sabor y consistencia, y se pone morena en la sartén fácilmente. Lo malo, tener que descongelarla antes de usarla, a veces por comodidad prefiero otras que se pueden usar congeladas directamente. Para mí no es un producto de consumo habitual, pero para ocasiones especiales y viajes es muy cómoda
Pobre un pedazo pequeño y me pareció rico, si sabe parecido a carne. No es económico.
