Unbelievable texture and taste. Made from mushrooms so gluten free as well. All the products from Romeo and Vero are excellent. The prices are a bit steep for us to buy this regularly but it is an amazing treat.
This is one of my favorite products at the Vegan Butcherie. I often just microwave to warm it and plunk it on toast. oil free, hassel free. Its also nice lightly fried in a little oil in a pan.
