Amy’s Organic Soups Vegetable Barley

this Amy’s Organic Vegetable Barley Soup is an ok soup. it’s from a can which is definitely not my first pick of soups over homemade but it’s not awful. it does have that generic vegetable soup taste that can get super bleh but the salt isn’t too overwhelming and I do enjoy the added barley as an earthy grain. 🍲🌾 #organic

Not my favorite flavor option by Amy’s. Wish it had more flavor but it made for a decent quick meal plus its healthy. Wouldn’t get it again mainly because there are other options by Amy’s that I really enjoy.

I swear I wrote about this product before but I cannot find the review. Anyway, I love barley so I thought this was great. Thick, flavorful, felt freshly made and healthy. Too bad the price is now $5 at Sprouts when not on sale.

Barley has become my favorite grain it's chunky and tastes nothing like rice but it's good. It's even easy to cook! Anywho, the soup ia thoroughly cooked seasoned lightly and contains a hefty amount of vegetables sure to please! Its just that he portion is very tiny in my opinion and I also don't see these in much stores anywhere, making this was my first time buying from a CVS store. I don't think I'll see this again either but I'm glad I got to try it out! I must admit I felt healthy eating this!

Tasty and chunky enough, but too salty for me. 1,230mg sodium per can! #ranchodosgnomos
