Tasted pretty good. I added some cooked broccoli and a handful of kidney beans to add more protein and make it more filling. Very interesting spin on the classic chicken soup - there were little morsels of tofu! A bit high on sodium but worth the trade off for an occasional sick meal. With 2 sick adults and an infant in the house, there is not much time or energy for cooking!
