Following points I really like about this:
-Excellent consistency which no meat eater is going to be opposed to, when cooked in water.
-The only ingredient is soy (no silly stuff like sugar or artificial additives)
-can still be kept really long on a dry place (around a year)

-packaged in just plastic foil (no unnecessary cardboardbox or similar)
