I absolutely love this product for making cake icing 🧁.. it just added a little something.. when I was young a bakery owner told me the secret to a good #icing was to use the best shortening you could use .. thankfully we do have #veganshortening .. I made a #vegancake for a friend for lunch.. it turned out #perfect I use a cake mix .. add a small can of soda and one really ripe #banana to replace the eggs and other ingredients.. I highly recommend that method.. #vegsnisnotscary

For moist butter free baking and flaky pie crust this is my favorite. Blends in smoothly and consistent quality for my baking needs. I've been baking with Crisco for 50 years
I make most of my pie crusts and different pastries with this shortening. Always does the job well.

Nothing bad to say about vegetable shortening, aside from that it's still pure fat. 😂 J/K, it's still a must for pie crusts, and Crisco is a great, easy, cheap, go to brand.
