Questo prodotto è ottimo, serve come gelificante da usare nei budini o per la panna cotta
Ideale per gelatine. Ho realizzato un aspic ai frutti tropicali e l'effetto ottenuto è esattamente quello che si ottiene con i vari gelificanti. Il prodotto si presenta in polvere e la quantità da utilizzare è davvero minima. Si solidifica in poco tempo e il risultato è più che soddisfacente. Nella confezione è presente un piccolo ricettario che ci suggerisce alcune preparazioni con relative dosi.
Ottimo prodotto vegetale per addensare i dolci, usato X la tofu cake 🍰
