Active Dry Yeast

This active yeast works great in pizza dough. The amount always lasts long and I get a lot of uses.

We made these homemade buns today, poppy seed buns using Fleischmann’s dry active yeast. We made up our own recipe and they turned out just as good as you could buy in any grocery store. I use it when I don’t have sourdough and even tho you can tell the difference, it works well.

I cannot praise this stuff enough!!! So perfect for making breads. Also, the little glass jar is perfect. They have individual packs too if you think you’ll only need a little. I highly recommend this if you want to make your own bread at home.
