Acai Banana Selva Pops

I swear I’m not being biased because the owners of this brand are my friends but they always NAIL all their açai creations 😋 These pops are just the right size! The ultimate guilt-free dessert ✨

Selva Pops Açai Banana - yum yum yum! The chocolate coating on the outside is crisp and nicely sweet, and as soon as you take a bite, you get the tangy tart sweet açai banana taste appearing right away! This feels like something of a healthier version of an icecream...don’t get me on the nutritional info; I haven’t looked at that! It does contain sugar so I’m not going to say it’s healthy health food...but with upcycled fruit and no unidentifiable ingredients, this is a win for me! I love the concept and the flavour. Fresh, sweet, fruity, and from a local and more sustainable business. Price is pretty good too! I got this from Everyday Vegan Grocer for $4.00. I recommend trying this one :) My next review will be on the orange flavour...which I think is my favourite of all three flavours!

I like the brand focus on allowing nature to do it's own thing, and supporting local communities to make this. I also like the use of fruits that are perfectly fine, but might not be that saleable due to its... unique appearances. The acai flavour is much stronger than banana, and everything goes well with the dark chocolate shell. Expect a sorbet texture rather than ice cream though! #abillionlove

So good!!! Just a tad pricey so it shall be an occasional treat. Super satisfying yet healthy tasting too, which is no surprise given its natural yet tasty ingredients. The chocolate coating makes the acai experience so much better! #chocoholic
