Zalmon Salmon Spinach Not Eggs Benedict

🥚 #eggsbenedict was a luxury weekend treat I often want to try when I see a #veganized 🌱version. This one with🍣 #vegansalmon #spinach 🌿 #tofuscramble 🫛and #dill was really covering all bases. The sauce was nothing like #hollandaise for me and was more cheezy. It was on what seemed like a pink burger bun which was unusual and unexpected but prettier maybe. It was quite healthy with all those components. The #wafflefries 🍟were lovely and it was great to try the 🧄#garlic Cholula 🌶️with them. 😋 Super generous here that if you spend £10 you get a free fresh squeezed 🍊orange juice!?! 🤯 I found the food and drinks super reasonably priced especially considering this perk. I’d love to come back here to try more of their options. £11.95 #plantbased All the food is vegan here but they have dairy if you’d like to add that or swap out.
