Lovely bowl of #veganramen at Shifu Ramen, in Porto, #portugal. This dish consists of noodles in a shoyu broth topped with #heura vegetable protein, carrots, red onion, bamboo shoots, spring onion, soybean sprouts and a sheet of #nori.
