I was really hungry and looking forward to this but really disappointed. The dish lacked flavour, too bland. It feels like close to eating plain rice. The ingredients in the rice were some mushroom slices, diced carrots and beansprout which I hated as I feel this is more appropriate for noodle dishes.. The best thing I liked was the crispy beancurd skin. Even the sambal chilli which I took in a saucer to add flavour was too sweet! I won't try this dish again.
