Yam Duck Rice 芋頭鴨飯

This was super delicious! It is on their seasonal menu and no available every day. Love love love the soft and juicy tofu slices and very fragrant rice.

All in all an enjoyable dish. I felt it tasted a lot like a repackaged version of their Kway Zup 粿汁 (can't spell dialect for nuts... hopefully you know what I mean. I reviewed that before as well~) The only thing that's mystery to me is... where is my yam? Did it dissolve into the rice? Was looking forward to some soft creamy yam... 😑 putting that aside, the flavour is good, probably on a stronger dark soy sauce side.
