Wood-fried Pizza- Norma

(Roasted aubergine, basil pesto, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and rocket) SO DELICIOUS 🤤!! This is SUCH an improvement over their first vegan pizza, which essentially was a pizza with marinara sauce and reheated frozen veg sprinkled on top.  It was a little tricky to eat it without all the rocket completely falling off; it was a bit of a mound/salad! 😆
