Wild Rueben with Tempeh

Sooooo yummy. You can get the Reuben with grilled tofu or tempeh. I chose tempeh and it created a great texture for the sandwich. The rest of the flavors were so familiar of a traditional Reuben. I was full after the first half but still couldn’t stop eating it! Really, really great sandwich!
