Last weekend Farmaste hosted their Fallapalooza event! We got to meet and spend time with the residents and check out the vendors! If you have a vegan event in Minnesota, there's a good chance you'll find Root to Rise/Hi Flora! there! Today they were serving up two soups and their Mac n cheese veggrolls. Wild rice soup is a Minnesotan autumn staple, so I had to pick it. It was creamy and flavored really well. I hope they add it to the restaurant menu!
