Loved the texture! tasted exactly what I remember chicken tasted like. Crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Their homemade special sauce enhanced the taste. Definitely would have it again!
I seriously love #veganjunkfood that's created just like non veg ones!! 🍔🍟 Omg the Tindle chicken had amazing batter and texture, reminding me of pre veg days indulging on KFC over a decade ago. It's such a heavenly sinful indulgence I had with @greenp . We took advantage of the 1 for 1 offer that week. Normal price is $18 AND to veganize you have to top up $4 💸💸💸 I find it really overpriced. So we paid $9 for the burger plus $4 each, so it was $13 each. This price is still more ok imo but even the non vegan $18 is really unreasonable for fast food. I really hope to see the prices of plant-based meat decreasing like I read in an article. It is also sad that it is more expensive and harder to veganize the food here and staff are less familiar with vegan. Seriously if this was at affordable prices I would happily indulge but not at the moment with such high prices. Also we since brought lunch boxes, the staff didn't need to place papers in the lunch boxes themselves, that way we could save paper. #sgveganjunkfood 🍔🍟
Everyone should try this burger once at least. Tindle may not be the best if you're used to vfc from UK or US
The wasn’t bad, but not really my type. Kinda too much for me. And by too much I don’t mean too big, but rather that the ingredients were not so wisely put together in my opinion. The Tindle chicken is really good (crispy on the outside and just as you’d want it to be inside) but then the cheese + the sauce? Too much. There were no veggie other than some pickles under the patty. This lack of greens I clearly found to be the burger’s biggest flaw. If I were to have it once again, I would probably ask for them to remove the sauce and maybe even the cheese (and to add salad if possible), so I would actually be able to enjoy the goodness of the patty. But I won’t anyway because there are so many options that fit my likings better in terms of burger, not to mention at a much lower price. This ‘What the cluck’ burger is usually 18$ but you pay extra $4 to make it vegan (it comes with fries). Though they have a 1-for-1 offer until March 27th. In a word, it wasn’t bad but had too many ‘fat’ ingredients and cruelly lacked some greens to fit my likings, thus that’s clearly not the food I would spend $13 again.
Sorry for the lack of picture. The burger is amzing and the chicken is really tender. The fires also complement the dish swimmingly
