West coast breakfast

Had to try the big brunch at Revelstoke and this platter did not disappoint ✨ This one normally comes with their famous hash potatoes too, but I opted for extra greens because it was just that kind of day. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious 🥬 🍊🍓 and the staff at this place are really amazing. Revelstoke knows brunch. YA GOTTA EAT HERE or whatever 🤙

Tofu scramble and seitan bacon with lots of fried potatoes, salad fruit and a slice of buttery sourdough toast. Overall super great for the value but I wish there was more tofu scramble cuz it was tasty
