Wellington Beyond Burger Steak

i can’t use word to describe how amazing this is! it’s so good:))) love this beef wellington:)

I was really anticipating trying this since they were sold out on my previous visit. I’ve never seen a vegan “roast” in HK before and this was definitely satisfying. It’s a wellington made with beyond meat and puff pastry, served with mashed potatoes, broccoli, braised red cabbage, and gravy. Overall quite good although I don’t know why they put truffle in everything in HK (it’s weird to have a wellington with truffle — not authentic at all!). The gravy was a tad too sweet for my liking, and the price ($238 HKD, their most expensive dish) is probably a little too expensive for the portion size. I applaud the effort however, and enjoyed this.
