This was a perfect addition to my picnic. When I ordered, I assumed that it would resemble more of a fruit salad, but the watermelon is actually cut into sticks and sprinkled with mint and served with a side of balsamic reduction to dip. I liked the combination of mint and watermelon. I'm not sure I liked the balsamic with it, although I know it's a popular pairing. Applied thinly, I couldn't really taste it. But when I really coated it I didn't like the intense smokiness.
