Watercress Soup

A different #watercress #soup from my last posting (that was stewed) bearing the same name. Different category on menu at $15 for basin L wokked with stalks of aforementioned #greens, #carrots and #tofu in flavourful, sweet broth 😋

Watercress soup is so sweet! This has some mock meat. But the soup and chock full of vegetables with watercress and carrots is so healthy. A ying soup for heaty bodies! S$4.30 #soup #watercress

妈妈用自己的盒子帮我打包夕阳菜汤。哇这么多夕阳菜，很多营养!很好吃，吃了很舒服😌若有更多豆腐比较好，有蛋白质。 My mum bought this back using our own containers. Boy it was a big serving of soup with lots of veggies! Love a nutrient-packed meal like this, even if I pay a little more. Would be nice to have more tofu for protein. Soup was really flavourful #comfortfood 😌
