Water Chestnut Tofu

Guys this is like the holy grail of vegan food at #dintaifung in #singapore. Yes, there are like 15 locations of this mecca for dumplings here but this dish is only served at the location at #paragonmall. Imagine delicious water chestnuts and tofu brought together and deep-fried. Yes I know it's not the healthiest thing in the world but you've got to try these, they're amazing!

I love this dish and its a huge hit every time someone orders it! 😋 It's only available in the Paragon Mall location of #dintaifung and its absolutely wonderful. Yes it's deep fried, but the combination of chestnuts and tofu in a perfectly light batter served with a homemade chili plum sauce is a match made in heaven! If you're in SG craving dumplings, the DTF at Paragon is definitely the best location because of the extra veg items on their specials menu. #singapore #tofu #dumplings

Wish I had a photo of this dish. It's only available at the DTF location in Paragon Mall (why?!). It's deep fried so I don't order it every time but absolutely delicious. If you haven't had this before definitely worth ordering for something other than dumplings and rice and veggies!
