Garam Assam is a spice paste often made with tamarind juice, ginger flower and kaffir
lime leaves. This dish had grilled tofu strips topped with a piquant compote of diced Pineapple perfumed with ginger flower julienne and laksa leaf. Tofu was fried and soft on the inside. The best part was how layered the taste was with assam, pineapple and ginger! Very nice to see a restaurant offering this many vegan options! #veganuary
