First of all, this sandwich is huge! That didn’t stop me from eating it all at once 😂 The rib pieces are very flavorful, and it’s topped with tzatziki sauce but I didn’t get much of that on mine. I think the tangy sauce would nicely balance out the bbq sauce if it had had more on it. #oldabecoffeeshop #seitan

This was so huge! But very yummy! The "ribs" were really sweet, which I forgot was normal. I avoided meats with bones in them before I went vegan, so my transition to veganism really shouldn't have been a surprise! For so much food it was a great price. I'm happy Rochester has some vegan options for when I visit my grandparents there!
