Vermicelli with Mock Shredded Pork Skin and Spring Rolls

Mock pork tasted good and the sauce was excellent with a fishy taste. Spring rolls were also excellent with a mock meat inside. I liked the freshness of the noodles and vegetables. Only downside was only a few pieces of the mock pork

I remember eating the non-vegan version of this when I was younger and missing this when I went vegan.
