Vegtable tofu spring roll & rice vermicelli

Great portion with lots of fresh salad. Definitely what I needed after eating microwave food the previous night. Would order this again with the option to remove mint leaves. Best eaten cold I don't recommend reheating it. Vegan and gluten free option.
