Vegg’s Florentine

Loooove this idea! I used to love eggs Benedict/ Florentine so I was so thrilled to see this on the menu. The menu is huge and overwhelming but I love my choice! Everything tasted so good, the sauce, the asparagus, mashed potatoes, tofu was perfect
